Ferry Velké Březno - Povrly
This ferry is an important link between the two banks of the Elbe in the area between Ústí nad Labem and Děčín. It is a type of the so called clamped ferry, which does not have a motor and uses the current of the river. It carries hikers, cyclists and cars and trucks. It is 130 metres long.
Operation of the ferry
The ferry can be operated within the water level range 135 cm to 260 cm at the water point Ústí nad Labem. The operation of the arrival depends on the weather. If the weather conditions are not favourable, the ferry will probably not depart.
