Bike boxes

There are now two places in Decin where bike boxes are available to store your bike in safety while you see the sights.

The first is at the lower level of the municipal library; the second at the foot of the via ferrata climbing wall.

Each box holds two standard bikes or one electrobike. There is also space inside for your helmet and other items.

Bike storage is charged in three-hour increments up to a maximum of 24 hours. Users enter their own four-digit code to lock and then reopen the box (much like a hotel room safe).

The units located at the library are also equipped with 12-volt and 230-volt electrical outlets for recharging electrobikes.
